Where do I collect the chair, and where do I return it?
You collect it at the handover point you choose in the app, where one of our team hands it to you. You can return it at any approved handover point, not only the one you started from.
Do I need someone to push me?
No. The chair is electric and you drive it with the joystick. If you like, add a trained escort when you book.
How do I pay?
From your wallet in the app, which you top up by bank card on a secure payment page. A refundable deposit is held and goes back to your wallet once the chair has been returned and checked.
Can I extend my trip?
Yes, from the trip screen in the app. You see the extra cost before you confirm.
What if I need help during my trip?
Contact support in the app, report a problem with the chair, or press SOS and we'll send help to you. If the chair has a fault, stop somewhere safe first.
Who can rent a chair?
Anyone 18 or older who is able to use the chair safely, or who is with a companion who is.
